Shipping policy

All orders are typically shipped in one to two business days.

We take extreme care when packing all of our crystals for your order, using bubble wrap, tissue paper, paper shredding, biodegradable packing peanuts, and other forms of protective packaging. We take extra precautions and pack with care to ensure that your parcel will arrive at its destination intact, safely and undamaged. We utilize the US Postal Service and UPS for shipping our packages. Packages are insured by USPS and UPS. If your item has been lost, stolen or damaged you can create a claim with USPS or UPS, whichever carrier service was used for your order. All sales are final and you must submit a claim through the carrier service used. Tracking will be provided.
